Virgin Islands -
It‘s comprised by around hundred tropical Caribbean islands between the North Atlantic Ocean in NE and the Caribbean Sea in SW. The Virgin Islands archipelago is geographically part of the Leeward Islands of the Lesser Antilles. Most of the islands have a volcanic origin and present a hilly, rugged terrain. The centuries of Dutch, English and Danish influence is still srongly formative in its towns and on the countryside. The later especially on the US Virgin Islands.
